Amy’s the lead facilitator and recognised expert on Dots. With a background as a lawyer and NZ ice hockey rep (yep, that’s a combo), she brings sharp insight, humour, and a whole lot of energy to the room.

Her sessions are high-energy, refreshingly real, and packed
with practical tools that shift how people show up and speak up—for good.

Dan brings strategy, structure, and calm clarity. With a background in sales and management, he’s often the first face clients meet—and the one who ensures everything flows smoothly. As a trained facilitator, he’s got a natural ability to build trust quickly and ask the questions that matter. Different strengths, one shared mission:
